Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a Vehicle Safely: You will be responsible for operating a company vehicle to deliver products to customers, while adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage Customer Relationships: You will interact with customers daily to resolve any issues or concerns they may have, while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Collect Payment and Reconcile Loads: You will collect payment from customers and reconcile the assigned load with receipts and delivery invoices.
  • Record Sales and Maintain Accurate Records: You will record sales by completing daily sales and delivery records, and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
  • Maintain a Safe and Clean Working Environment: You will ensure that the vehicle and working environment are safe and clean, and that all procedures and regulations are followed.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License: You must possess a valid driver's license, CDL (Class A or B commercial license).
  • Experience in Related Field: You must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field, such as logistics or transportation.
  • Good Communication Skills: You must have good communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ability to Multi-Task: You must be able to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual: Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
Competencies
  • Accountability: You must be accountable for meeting your own targets, and your work will be reviewed periodically.
  • Problem-Solving: You must be able to define problems, identify solutions, and take action to resolve them.
