As an Automotive Technician, you will be an integral part of the Assembly department, engaging in a range of responsibilities that include:
- Installation and assembly of powertrain components such as engines, transmissions, driveshafts, and rear axle assemblies.
- Integration of powertrain electronics, control modules, and wiring harnesses.
- Assembly of chassis components, including suspension systems, steering mechanisms, and braking systems.
- Installation of exhaust systems and various other automotive components.
- Conducting thorough quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure adherence to our high standards.
At Revology Cars, we value both experienced professionals and those at the entry level. The required skill set will vary based on the specific role, but a commitment to quality, productivity, and ongoing improvement is essential for success.
Compensation and Benefits- Hourly wage ranges from $25 to $33, based on skills and experience.
- Stable pay structure without the concern of fluctuating hours.
- Standard work hours are from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, with weekends off.

- Paid time off (PTO) begins accruing immediately, with holiday pay eligibility after 90 days.

- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Willingness to learn and adhere to safety protocols.
- Ability to perform manual tasks and demonstrate dexterity in handling tools and components.
- Capability to navigate around vehicles and components on the assembly line.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining a safe and respectful work environment.
- Completion of a technical program in auto body repair or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and willingness to learn new technologies.
