Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Host to join our team at Spell Restaurant Group. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience. Your primary responsibility will be to create a warm and inviting atmosphere, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests in a friendly and inviting manner, taking the time to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Manage the flow of guests, ensuring that they are seated in a timely manner and that their dining experience is seamless.
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen and other staff members to ensure that guests receive their orders promptly and accurately.
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive team culture.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm, even in a fast-paced environment.
