Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse on our Neuro Telemetry Unit, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing patient health problems and resources, taking a leadership role in developing and implementing a plan for nursing care.
  • Providing professional nursing care and interventions to acutely ill adult patients.
  • Coordinating and supervising patient care, ensuring that patients receive exceptional care and attention.
Expectations

We expect our nurses to practice autonomously, consistent with professional standards and hospital job descriptions. You will be expected to:

  • Practice evidence-based care, staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, ensuring seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of policies and procedures that enhance patient care.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of an ADN diploma or BSN degree.
  • A current Arizona State RN license in good standing.
  • ACLS certification within six months of hire.
  • Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
