We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center. As a Clinical Nurse I in our Pre-Surgery Holding unit, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth transition of patients from admission to surgery.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and analyze patient data to identify potential diagnoses and develop individualized care plans.
- Implement evidence-based practices to promote patient safety and quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and achieve desired patient outcomes.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current Basic Life Support certification.
- Current RN license or temporary license as a Registered Nurse Petitioner in the state of North Carolina.
