Join our team as an Automotive Production Associate, specializing in the assembly of heater cores for vehicles. You will operate automatic or semi-automatic machinery in a continuous production environment, assembling components to create complete units at designated workstations on a conveyor line.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble heater cores and air conditioning units for vehicles.
- Utilize automatic or semi-automatic machines to maintain a steady production flow.
- Work at a bench or workstation on a conveyor line, ensuring all parts are assembled accurately.
- Employ simple hand tools and/or powered assembly tools as required.
What We Offer:
- Competitive pay starting at $16.00 per hour, with potential earnings of up to $18.50 including attendance bonuses.
- $750 bonus after 90 days of employment.
- Flexible shifts available: 1st Shift from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM and 2nd Shift from 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM, Monday to Friday.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 months of relevant assembly experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to use basic hand and power tools.
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings.
- Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity.
- Basic computer skills.
