Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Culinary/Baker Shop team member to join our team. This individual will be responsible for assisting the culinary leadership team in the production and fabrication of desserts and pastry products for our Banquet and PINE Restaurant.
Key Responsibilities- Follow recipes and product directions to produce high-quality baked goods.
- Measure and mix baking ingredients using various devices to ensure accurate production.
- Prepare items from scratch or box-scratch, including breads, rolls, muffins, biscuits, pies, cakes, cookies, pastries, and other desserts.
- Check production and maintain records to accurately plan production requirements.
- Mold ingredients into loaves/shapes and place products into correctly prepared pans.
- Regulate oven temperatures and remove baked items to apply appropriate toppings.
- Decorate cakes, cookies, pastries, and other desserts as needed.
- Requisition supplies and equipment as necessary.
- Follow all applicable food regulatory rules and procedures.
- Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment as required.
2+ years of related work experience in baking and pastry capacity.
