Caregiver - Seasons

The Seasons CNA plays a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by providing support services, therapeutic programming, and social activities that cater to their physical and emotional needs.

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living, including toileting, transferring, ambulation, eating assistance, and clothing change.
• Respond promptly to residents' needs and requests, providing timely support and care.
• Engage residents in therapeutic and social activities that promote their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
• Assist with meal service, feeding assistance, and provide mental stimulation for residents.
• Maintain facility standards for resident care by protecting residents' rights, ensuring respectful treatment, and reporting concerns to the nurse in charge.
• Participate in facility meetings, staff meetings, and required in-services, and contribute to improving the quality of care for residents.

• Eighteen (18) years of age required.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Registration in the State Nurse Aide Registry required.
• Active on the State Nursing Aide Registry with no findings or convictions of resident abuse, mistreatment, and misappropriation of property.
• Experience with dementia population desired.
