Job Title: RPA Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-directed RPA Developer to join our team at DirectViz Solutions, LLC. As an RPA Developer, you will play a key role in automating business processes for our government clients using tools such as Power Automate.

Job Summary

The RPA Developer will be responsible for developing optimized strategies for automating business processes, creating custom applications using PowerApps and Power Fx, and designing technical solutions to automate business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, and excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement automation solutions using Power Automate and UiPath
  • Create custom applications using PowerApps and Power Fx
  • Design and implement technical solutions to automate business processes
  • Collaborate with business analysts to define requirements and assess technical feasibility
  • Mentor fellow Power Platform developers and educate business stakeholders on deployed solutions
  • Provide feedback to other developers through code reviews and technical design reviews
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Power Automate RPA BOTs
  • Experience creating connectors, flows, and templates within Microsoft Power Automate
  • Power Platform Certification
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
