Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team at East Alabama Medical Center. As a CT Tech, you will be responsible for performing high-quality CT scans, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for CT scans, including positioning and safety protocols
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and quality standards
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to patient needs and concerns
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
  • Current ARRT certification in Computed Tomography
  • 1+ year of experience in CT scanning or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
