CenterWell Home Health is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will provide therapy services to patients in their homes, helping them recover from illness or injury and regain their independence.
Responsibilities- Implement vocational/education programs and activities established by registered Occupational Therapists to restore, reinforce, and enhance task performances.
- Assist patients with the implementation of their Plans of Treatment, as directed by qualified Occupational Therapists.
- Design and adapt equipment and working/living environments to promote patient health and well-being.
- Provide therapeutic treatment and instruction to patients, as directed by qualified Occupational Therapists and in accordance with physician orders.
- Maintain and submit documentation as required by the Company and/or facility.
- Current and unrestricted OTA licensure.
- Minimum of six months occupational therapist assistant experience preferred.
- Home Health experience a plus.
- Current CPR certification.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
The estimated annual salary for this role is $62,600 - $86,100 per year, depending on location and individual qualifications.
