This role involves overseeing computer-based monitoring and surveillance of various systems including Parking Facilities, Security Infrastructure, Remote Monitoring Devices, and Building Control Systems for HVAC and Fire Safety. The position is based at the corporate headquarters and collaborates closely with the Commercial Property Management Team to provide monitoring services for off-site commercial properties across the nation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all off-site monitoring activities for building systems and parking facilities.
- Continuously monitor live feeds from parking lot cameras using remote access and user interfaces.
- Analyze daily reports from Building Automation Systems (BAS) and communicate findings to senior management.
- Provide support to Local Property Managers with data analysis and monitoring insights.
- Assist in coordinating Emergency and after-hours services for Property Management.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Exhibit exceptional writing and communication skills.
- Maintain a high level of organization in all tasks.
All responsibilities will focus on fostering team organization and ensuring professional coordination for all monitoring and surveillance operational needs.
