Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant - Medical Surgical

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team in the Medical Surgical unit at Providence St. Peter Hospital. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our nursing staff.

Job Summary:

This is a travel contract position, and we are looking for a CNA with at least 1 year of experience in a Medical Surgical setting. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and be able to float between various units within the skill set.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, bathing, and dressing
  • Assist with patient transfers and mobility
  • Monitor and report any changes in patient condition
  • Collaborate with the nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements:
  • Current CNA certification in the state of Washington
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Medical Surgical setting
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
