Job Opportunity

Community Health and Wellness, LLC is seeking a skilled Music Therapist to join our team. As an Independent Contract Music Therapist, you will provide one-on-one Music Therapy services to children and youth with congenital disorders, intellectual disabilities, and physical disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement tailored goals to meet the needs of individual clients
  • Document each session and track progress
  • Communicate effectively with other team members and service providers
  • Turn in timely documentation, including weekly invoicing and progress notes
Requirements
  • Must be able to travel to clients' homes
  • Must have access to a private personal laptop or desktop computer for HIPAA compliance
  • Must have a valid Driver's License and Liability Insurance
  • Must have a Bachelors Degree or higher and be MT-BC certified
