BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rehabilitation/ Clinical Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional quality client service and clinical excellence in our Gaithersburg, MD office.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for directing and coordinating the care provided by a multi-disciplinary care team, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, and reviewing clinical documentation, including OASIS and care plan coding.
You will also lead field staff in delivering exceptional client service and quality clinical care, monitor episodic utilization, and act as an internal case manager and client advocate.
Additionally, you will participate in hiring, interviewing, and orientation of field staff, participate in ongoing education, evaluation, and development of field staff, and ensure accurate and timely case management, including supervision, authorization management, and interdisciplinary communication.
We are seeking a candidate with a strong clinical background, prior supervisory experience, and a minimum of two years of community health experience. You should have comprehensive knowledge of OASIS and the Medicare Conditions of Participation for Home Health, as well as strong clinical assessment and case management skills.
