Job Summary:
- We are seeking a skilled individual to work as a Service and Maintenance Specialist on the 2nd shift.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting equipment.
- Troubleshoot issues with machinery and equipment, identifying and resolving problems efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the timely completion of projects and meet production deadlines.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a tool services or maintenance role.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
