Main Responsibilities:

  • Select and prepare customer orders with precision and efficiency, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Operate motorized pallet jacks and other equipment safely and effectively to move products throughout the warehouse.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve productivity and accuracy standards, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Validate product quality and ensure that correct products are selected and delivered to the correct dock area.
  • Participate in pre-shift equipment checks and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively, with the ability to move 1,000+ cases of product during each shift.
  • Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment ranging from -5 degrees to over 100 degrees.
  • Recent experience in high endurance or highly physical activity or a role with similar requirements.
  • Ability to read and communicate in the English language to attend trainings, hold conversations, and receive safety and job-related coaching.
