Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Validation Engineer to lead electrical feature testing for specific vehicle programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with suppliers, engineering teams, and manufacturing teams to validate and resolve electrical issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create test plans for electrical features across the vehicle, including cluster, radio, body control module, telematics, and powertrain.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute test plans (DVP&R) at the vehicle level.
  • Report defects based on test plan failures.
  • Develop and maintain subsystem test benches.
  • Root cause analysis of issues found.
  • Provide feedback on system requirements to ensure specs are testable.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • Relevant automotive experience.
  • Knowledge of CAN-based communication and tools like CANAlyzer and CANOE.
  • Experience with multimeters and oscilloscopes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of CAN-FD and Ethernet protocol.
  • Creating test plans.
  • Performing system behavior testing.
