Job Title: Registered Nurse

Liberty Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians and according to facility policies.
  • Lead and guide nursing assistants and orderlies, ensuring they provide excellent care to our residents.
  • Assist physicians with rounds and physical examinations, providing support and care to our residents.
  • Document patient care and treatment plans, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and communication.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care.
Requirements:
  • Current, valid RN license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • CPR certification and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to make decisions regarding patient care, prioritizing their needs and well-being.
