Document Patient Progress

Accurately document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes to ensure continuity of care and inform future treatment decisions.

Requirements
  • PTA Certification

Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Texas.

CPR Certification

Current CPR certification.

Professional Liability Insurance

Professional liability insurance coverage.

Home Health or Rehab Experience

Previous experience working in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
