Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our Diagnostic Radiology team at Corewell Health. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic CT exams utilizing appropriate imaging equipment, ensuring patient safety, and providing high-quality images for interpretation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify patient identification and physician orders
  • Provide procedural information and education to patients and families
  • Acquire accurate patient histories and document in medical records
  • Perform CT and related patient care procedures using age-appropriate methods
  • Operate CT imaging equipment and perform quality control and quality assurance testing
  • Monitor patients during procedures to ensure safety
  • Ensure STAT requests are relayed to radiologists in a timely manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements
  • Associate's degree from a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited radiography program
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience beyond staff radiographer level
  • CRT-Radiologic Technologist Registration from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)
  • CRT-Computerized Tomography (CT) certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS)
  • CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
Work Environment

This part-time position is located at our Canton Center Rd location and requires evening shifts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
