Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing security requirements for a large and fast-moving Special Access Program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of security, including personnel, physical, technical, policy guidance research, and classification management, utilizing the requirements set forth in 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DoD 5205.07 Volumes 1-4, and ICD 705.
  • Provide high-level program leadership briefings, presentations, and complete Program Access Requests (PARs).
  • Support classified meetings, program management, and security education.
  • Develop and obtain approvals for multiple plans in support of new test environments and facilities/labs.

Requirements

  • Lead and implement change in a collaborative and inclusive manner, with strong interpersonal skills and a positive can-do attitude.
  • Interface with Executive Leadership in support of ongoing operations.
  • Work collaboratively with other entities and manage projects and subordinate assignments simultaneously within very time-sensitive environments.
  • Motivate, inspire, and grow Security Team Members.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships within and outside the corporation, as well as with government customers and suppliers.
  • Be self-driven and results-oriented, capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Experience using DISS and JADE.
