Global Force is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a wide variety of food served both hot and cold, while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook complex dishes that require multiple preparation steps, including specialty sauces and soups from scratch.
- Roast, broil, bake, fry, boil, steam, and stew meats, fish, and poultry to perfection.
- Slice, grind, and cut food items to precise specifications.
- Prepare fresh fruits and vegetables for cooking, ensuring optimal flavor and texture.
- Cook food in large quantities, adjusting recipes as needed to meet serving requirements.
- Plan and execute the cooking process to complete meals, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Maintain proper temperatures and present food in an appealing and appetizing manner.
- Operate specialized equipment, including ovens, stoves, and cooking utensils.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of food handling and sanitation procedures, including HACCP protocols.
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds, with occasional lifting of heavier items.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
