Are you a skilled solar installation professional looking to take your career to the next level? Do you have a passion for training and sales? We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Solar Install Trainer to join our team at Jobot, a leading renewable energy company.

About the Role

As a Solar Install Trainer, you will be responsible for training installers and distributors on proper techniques for installing residential and commercial solar racks/mounts. You will conduct regular training sessions, both in-person and online, ensuring all team members are up-to-date with the latest product and standards. You will also spend time on residential and commercial roofs with customers to help walk them through installs and meet with customers across the Midwest to train on best practices and products, driving business through sales.

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Experience installing residential or commercial solar racks/mounts on roofs
  • Experience training customers on installation
  • Excellent customer-facing skills, with a willingness to take career to the next step in sales
  • Ability to travel throughout the Midwest, 70% per month
