Salary: $15-$17 per hour (DOE)

Hours: Monday-Friday, Part-time: Monday 11:30 AM-6:30 PM, Tuesday-Friday 1:30 PM-6:30 PM

Your Role:

• Foster meaningful connections with Club Members, providing mentorship, guidance, and support in areas such as leadership, creativity, physical activity, and academics.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive environment through active supervision, encouragement, and positive reinforcement.
• Plan and lead daily group activities for youth ages 5-11 or 12-17, ensuring everyone is engaged and having a blast.

Requirements:

• Age 21 and Over Preferred: This position may require driving responsibilities.
• High Energy: Thrive in dynamic environments with big groups of energetic kids and teens.
• Organization Skills: Juggle multiple tasks with ease and meet deadlines like a pro.
• People Person: Communicate effectively with Club Members, peers, and community members alike.
