About the Role

We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team of healthcare professionals in Bridgeville, Pennsylvania. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in post-acute facilities, working closely with our experienced staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities
  • Monitor residents' physical and mental conditions, tracking vital signs and documenting medical histories
  • Administer medications, track their use, and ensure proper verification
  • Cultivate a safe and comfortable environment for residents
  • Track medical records and charts, and assist with IVs, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures
  • Maintain accurate medical supplies inventory and adhere to resident care plans
Requirements
  • Current Pennsylvania state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Completion of approved LPN educational program
  • H.S. diploma or GED (or equivalent)
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience (LPN or related role)
