Your expertise in assessing performance in durability and stiffness of body structure will be crucial in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and guide the design process using CAE tools, including nCode DesignLife and Optistruct.
  • Assess performance in durability and stiffness of body structure, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement advanced methods, such as DOE/DFSS, to optimize design.
  • Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and supplier teams to achieve desired vehicle performance.
  • Communicate results and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering or equivalent from an ABET accredited or equivalent program.
  • 8 years of experience in performing body structure durability analysis for an OEM.
  • Experience with using nCode, Optistruct/NASTRAN, ANSA, and HYPERWORKS.
  • Knowledge of optimization tools and techniques using Optistruct.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree or PhD in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering or related field.
