About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Club Manager at Anytime Fitness. As a Club Manager, you will be responsible for leading our team to deliver exceptional customer service, driving sales and revenue growth, and creating a positive and engaging environment for our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Membership Sales: Qualify, inform, inspire, and convert leads to members using our proven sales system.
  • Personal Training: Lead pre-designed workouts in a group setting, energize and motivate clients, and ensure the safety of participants.
  • Club Promotional Marketing: Establish relationships with businesses and influencers in the community to promote our brand through B2B marketing.
  • Community Involvement: Participate in local events and sponsorships to promote our business and build relationships with the community.
  • Networking / Employee Wellness: Work with local and national employers and insurance companies to encourage employees to lead healthier lifestyles.
  • Team Building: Lead a team of personal trainers, group trainers, and part-time staff to foster a positive and engaging environment for members.
  • Member Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service, create a positive and engaging environment for members, and ensure that every member feels valued and supported.
  • Operations: Ensure the club is a clean, friendly environment, maintain a safe and secure facility, and follow through on daily cleaning and maintenance checklists.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma minimum
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in exercise-related field is highly preferred
  • Sales experience preferred - or the willingness to learn how to sell is a must
  • Management experience is a plus
  • Friendly, outgoing, warm, coachable, and able to adapt to changes and work in a fast-paced setting
  • Available to work flexible hours, including Saturdays during peak season
  • Self-motivated and able to motivate others, self-starter, with the ability to work independently and effectively without constant guidance and supervision
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to manage time/schedules, and work well with others as a team
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs. and perform duties/responsibilities of working in a gym setting
