You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing residential and commercial plumbing systems, providing expert advice to customers, and leading them to informed and confident buying decisions.

• Maintain effective communication with dispatch, management, parts, and installation teams.
• Ensure the company truck is clean and well-maintained, both inside and out.
• Keep the truck inventory up to date and accurately documented.
• Complete paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in the on-call rotation (if applicable).
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.
• Have and maintain a clean driving record.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Obtain and maintain necessary certifications.
