We are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team at Heartland Home Health. As a Speech Therapist, you will provide essential services to patients with speech and language problems, working under the direction of the attending physician and in collaboration with the family, nurse, or other responsible person.
Responsibilities- Provide speech therapy services to patients with speech and language disorders
- Develop and maintain rapport with patients and their families
- Travel daily to provide services in patients' homes
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Master's degree in Speech Therapy from an accredited institution
- Current CPR Certification
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Speech Therapist in a multidisciplinary setting
- Excellent communication skills and ability to develop rapport with patients and families
