Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Long Term Care LPN to care for our aging patients in a dynamic and supportive environment. As an experienced nurse, you will administer medication, follow care orders from doctors, and work closely with other nurses and nursing aids. Your strong communication skills and ability to work independently make you an ideal candidate for this role.

Responsibilities

• Make rounds to assess patient wellbeing and document any issues
• Administer prescribed medications as directed by medical professionals
• Collaborate with physicians to ensure the best possible care for patients
• Assist other nurses and nursing aids as needed to maintain efficient workflow and high-quality care
• Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families

Qualifications

• Active, valid nursing license within Maryland
• At least 1 year of experience working in long term care settings
• Up-to-date Covid vaccination status
• Ability to pass background check

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $43 per hour on weekends and $40 per hour on weekdays, making it a competitive opportunity for qualified candidates.
