Team Lead Position:
We are seeking a talented Web Development Team Lead to join our team. As a senior developer, you will be responsible for leading our web development efforts, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality projects, and mentoring junior developers. With a focus on delivering exceptional results, you will work closely with our cross-functional team to ensure seamless collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead web development efforts, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality projects
Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support
Collaborate with the project management team to ensure project goals are met
Develop and implement processes to improve team efficiency and productivity
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web development

Requirements:
At least 9 years of experience in IT and Web Development, with expertise in single-page applications (SPAs) using JavaScript frameworks like Angular, React JS, Node JS, Ext JS, Knockout JS, and Backbone JS
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, Ajax, LESS, and CSS pre-processors
Experience with responsive web design, search engine optimization (SEO) techniques, and search engine strategies (SES)
Strong understanding of service-oriented architectures (SOA) using XML-based web services (SOAP/WSDL) and RESTful web services/APIs using Node JS
Ability to develop mobile applications for IOS and Android platforms using frameworks like React Native, jQuery mobile, PhoneGap, Ionic, and Kendo UI
Familiarity with databases like MongoDB, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL, as well as build tools such as Webpack, Gulp, and Grunt

Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
