Position Overview

The role of the Interventional Radiology Technologist involves working in a dynamic environment with a focus on providing exceptional patient care. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of unit operations and patient management.

Unit Profile

The unit is designed to deliver high-quality imaging services with:

  • Location: Not specified
  • Bed Capacity: 225 beds
  • Staffing: Various shifts including Day, Evening, and Night
  • Patient Ratios: To be determined
  • Equipment: Siemens Artis Zee, Philips FD20, Philips Epiq 5 US, Sonosite US
  • EMR System: EPIC
  • PACS System: IntellaRad Philips
Job Responsibilities
  • Performing routine interventional radiology procedures.
  • Maintaining a sterile field and adhering to safety protocols.
  • Collaborating with a team to ensure timely completion of imaging exams.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Interventional Radiology.
  • Valid ARRT and ISDH Tech Licenses are essential.
  • Proficiency in general interventional radiology procedures.
Work Schedule
  • Typical Shift: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
  • Participation in on-call rotation is required.
  • Weekend availability as part of the on-call rotation.
