We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Project Manager to join our team at PBK Architects Inc. As a key member of our structural engineering team, you will be responsible for managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the structural engineering team to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements and building codes
- Prepare and review project reports, including progress reports, technical reports, and final project documentation
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to ensure effective communication and project success
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in structural engineering, with a strong background in project management
- Strong understanding of building codes, including ASCE, AISC, ACI, MSJC, NDS, etc.
- Proficiency in structural engineering software, including ETABS, SAFE, RISA, RAM, ENERCALC, Excel, Bluebeam, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
