About the Role:
The Director of Rehabilitation Services will be responsible for leading our therapy team at PACS Inc. This is a key leadership position that requires a strong clinical background and excellent management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the rehabilitation department and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
- Supervise and train therapy personnel, including occupational therapists and certified occupational therapy assistants
- Develop and implement new programs to meet the needs of our residents and facilities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care coordination
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of therapy services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy
- Current, unencumbered, active California PT or OT License
- Proficient in computer skills, including inputting data into programs such as Casamba and Point Click Care
- CPR certification (as requested)
