Job Description:

The Recruiting Specialist will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion at D1 Training - West Omaha. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, generating new business leads, and nurturing existing relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing sales plans to meet targets
  • Generating new business leads through outbound calls and in-person interactions
  • Nurturing existing relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of sales experience in the fitness or athletics industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
  • Strong knowledge of general fitness and athletics concepts
