Job Description:
The Recruiting Specialist will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion at D1 Training - West Omaha. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, generating new business leads, and nurturing existing relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing sales plans to meet targets
- Generating new business leads through outbound calls and in-person interactions
- Nurturing existing relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Providing exceptional customer service and support
Requirements:
- 1+ year of sales experience in the fitness or athletics industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
- Strong knowledge of general fitness and athletics concepts
