- Collaborate with PruittHealth's home health and hospice teams to ensure seamless transitions and high-quality patient care.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure PruittHealth remains a leader in the healthcare industry.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of PruittHealth's services, policies, and procedures to effectively communicate with healthcare providers and patients.
- Participate in business development initiatives to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Current RN license.
- Two (2) years of experience in home health and/or hospice, healthcare sales/marketing, or a related field.
- Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in home health and hospice care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong business acumen and sales skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field.
- Experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry trends.
