Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Support Coach to join our team at Blueprints. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting families enrolled in our Head Start and Early Head Start programming.

Responsibilities
  • Assess family needs and develop individualized goal plans that cater to the whole family's well-being
  • Actively engage with potential families and collaborate with community partners to identify resources and opportunities
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $19,160 per year, along with an attractive benefits package including 403B, paid time off, and an Employee Assistance Program. Additionally, you will be reimbursed for business mileage at a rate of $.67 per mile.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field. A strong background in social work principles and practices is essential, as is excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
