Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cashier/Attendant to join our team at KWIK FILL. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offer outstanding customer service, greeting customers with a smile and providing assistance with purchases.
  • Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods.
  • Price, stock, and face merchandise, including gondolas, shelving, counters, walk-in coolers, upright coolers, and backroom storage areas.
  • Manage product storage, maintenance, and rotation activities to prevent damage or spoilage.
  • Maintain the store in accordance with maintenance policies and Health Department regulations, including tasks such as sweeping parking lots, picking up trash, and cleaning restrooms and floors.
  • Follow all security and safety policies and procedures.
  • Account for all shift and daily transactions.
  • Present a neat and clean appearance, wearing required work dress code clothing.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, twist, stand, walk, or sit for prolonged periods.
  • POS/cash register experience is helpful.
