Position Summary

The Hood Technician plays a crucial role in providing efficient and professional vehicle inspections and lubrication services. This position is essential in upholding the company’s mission and values while contributing positively to the team’s success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough and swift vehicle inspections while allowing customers to remain in their cars.
  • Conduct multi-point inspections to assess vehicle condition.
  • Identify any additional repairs that may be necessary.
  • Communicate with service consultants regarding further work needed.
  • Check fluid levels in power steering and transmission systems.
  • Examine belts, hoses, and wiper blades for wear and tear.
  • Monitor tire air pressure for safety.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who possess:

  • A foundational knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance is preferred but not mandatory.
  • The ability to read and understand written instructions.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • The capability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A customer-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a team setting.
  • A willingness to work on Saturdays.
Physical Requirements
