We are seeking a skilled RN - Vascular Access Specialist to join our team at Ascension Saint Thomas. As a key member of our Vascular Access Team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients and implement patient care plans in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Coordinate patient care with members of the healthcare team to ensure well-coordinated care.
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs.
- Provide education to patients and families on disease management and self-care.
- BLS Provider certification required.
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition Compact State required.
