Position Overview:
We are in search of an experienced HVAC Technician who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and maintenance. This role involves hands-on responsibilities in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems across various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and plumbing systems across multiple construction sites.
2. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance to ensure HVAC systems operate efficiently.
3. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems, including boilers and chillers, providing timely and effective solutions.
4. Respond to emergency HVAC service calls, delivering immediate repair or maintenance assistance.
5. Adhere to safety standards and procedures in all tasks.
6. Collaborate with construction teams to seamlessly integrate HVAC systems into building designs.
7. Offer recommendations for upgrades and enhancements to HVAC systems.
8. Maintain detailed records of all HVAC system installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.

Qualifications:
1. At least 3 years of experience as an HVAC Technician.
2. In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and plumbing.
3. Proven experience in servicing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems, including boilers and chillers.
4. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve HVAC issues.
5. Comprehensive understanding of safety standards and procedures in the HVAC industry.
6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
7. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
8. Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines.
9. Physical stamina and capability to lift heavy equipment.
10. A valid driver's license is required.
