As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and promoting recovery in the Fort Smith area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify treatment needs
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with physicians and healthcare teams
  • Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of rehabilitation programs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve cost-effective services and programs

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's and master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or a related field
  • Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state
  • ASHA certification or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow
  • Basic Life Support/CPR certification
