Job SummaryWe are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Magnolia Ridge Center. As a LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver efficient and effective nursing care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include evaluating patients, administering medications, and supervising patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients to collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
