Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with individuals and staff to identify, analyze, and document behavior challenges.
  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments to inform service plans.
  • Develop and implement behavioral analysis service plans to promote growth and independence.
  • Design individualized treatment plans to address unique needs and goals.
  • Explore innovative solutions to challenging problems in home, workplace, and community settings.
  • Train team members to reinforce implementation of behavioral plans.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in psychology or a related field.
  • One year of experience working with special populations in crisis intervention, staff training, and development.
  • Conduct research in behavior analysis within an applied setting (preferred).
  • Board Certification (preferred).
  • Valid driver's license, current registration, and insurance.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach.
