Cafe Attendant

At Caesars Southern Indiana, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Attendant to join our team. As a Cafe Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience in our cafe.

• Deliver outstanding customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized cafe environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages, utilizing a point-of-sale system to process transactions.
• Engage with guests, promoting a positive and friendly atmosphere.
• Perform side work and assist colleagues as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, and push a minimum of 40 pounds.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
