Job Title: Photography Manager - Territory Lead

Job Summary:

Nationwide Studios, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Photography Manager to oversee a team of photographers and handle the finances of a given territory. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to analyze and respond to issues and challenges within the territory.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and schedule photographers and photographer assistants for photoshoots at schools
* Manage labor costs, approve hours, and customer expenses
* Recruit, interview, and recommend photographers and photographer assistants for positions within the territory
* Create accountability and communication plans for territory personnel using Microsoft Office 365 group chat software called Teams
* Visit photoshoots and photograph as needed
* Provide the highest level of customer service

Requirements:

* Basic photography knowledge
* Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Proficient typing skills
* Above-average organizational and time management skills
* Reliable transportation, auto insurance, and a valid driver's license
* Reliable internet and ability to use Teams on a mobile device
