Job Summary
The Material Handler/Delivery Driver is a key member of our warehouse team, responsible for fulfilling orders, organizing inventory, and making safe and timely deliveries to customers. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
  • Locate and pull orders using established RF/warehouse procedures to fulfill customer requirements.
  • Unload product from delivery trucks and put away stock accurately in designated areas within the warehouse.
  • Check in incoming product using established RF/warehouse procedures for receiving, ensuring deliveries match the company purchase order.
  • Meet or exceed established goals for order pulling accuracy and inventory accuracy.
  • Perform any necessary activities to get products ready for staging, including accurate labeling and wrapping.
  • Prep and assemble products as needed for custom non-stock orders.
  • Operate equipment and machinery related to the position, such as a forklift.
  • Assist with maintaining the warehouse in an orderly and clean state, and comply with all company safety procedures.
  • Continuously receive RF training or operations training as assigned by the Company.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of one year experience in a similar position is preferred.
  • Experience with RF devices is a plus.
  • Experience with forklift operation and ability to maintain forklift certification.
  • Clean driving record and the ability to drive a range of vehicles, from small pick-up trucks to 2-ton/5-speed flatbed diesel trucks.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with employees, customers, and vendors in a professional manner.
  • Understanding of safe warehouse practices and self-discipline to identify and complete critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency.
