About the Role

We are seeking a skilled LPN Field Nurse to join our team at Redstone Presbyterian SeniorCare. As a key member of our home care team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes, facilities, and wellness clinics.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver nursing care to clients according to the Nurse Practice Act and under the direction of an RN.
  • Provide ongoing care to clients, identifying their needs and making referrals to other community resources as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate client records and communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals.
  • Supervise and monitor the performance of Homemakers and Personal Care Assistants, ensuring the delivery of quality health care services.
  • Implement physicians' plans of treatment and participate in on-call rotations as needed.
Requirements
  • Licensed Practical Nurse with an unencumbered license to practice in the state.
  • Valid Pennsylvania driver's license.
  • One year of acute care experience.
