As a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner, you will conduct forensic examinations to collect and preserve evidence in sexual assault cases.

Moreover, you will provide follow-up care and may participate in legal proceedings, offering expert testimony and support.


Qualifications:
In addition to bringing your authentic self to work each day, qualified candidates should possess the following:

BSN preferred; ADN required

Minimum of 2 years' RN experience in an acute care environment or outpatient women's health preferred

Advanced assessment capabilities

Current Colorado RN License or Compact RN License required

Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association

Completion of 64 hours of online SANE training is required—applicants must be at least two-thirds through the course before applying. Ensure your resume reflects this training.


Physical Requirements: Medium Work - ability to exert/lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs constantly.

*PRN requirement is 48 hours per month. Availability for days, evenings, and nights is necessary. Our scheduling operates on a four-week cycle with a call time turnaround of one hour.
